Andrea Stone founded Stone Leadership to facilitate behavioural change and leadership growth in senior leaders and leadership teams.
In each engagement, Andrea combines a strong process orientation in effecting and measuring behavioural change, with an empowering approach to leadership growth and development. This combination ensures that leaders gain deep self-awareness of their behavioural preferences, their values and motivations, as well as an understanding and appreciation of their strengths - and that they use these to address areas for focus and development.
Prior to moving into Executive Coaching and Leadership Development, Andrea led and collaborated with teams across Asia, Europe and the US in technology-driven organizations for over 20 years. Andrea manages and delivers engagements personally and collaborates with high-performance partners, including certified executive coaches, ex-CXOs and senior executives, and leadership consultants in the creation and delivery of complex and large-scale projects.
