We first understand your needs and then design the coaching engagement.

If you want to gauge perceptions of yourself as a leader, we may create a 360, seek regular stakeholder feedback and measure change with a final 360 at the close of the engagement. Or we may work only with you, holding the mirror to your beliefs, perceptions and assumptions - always supporting you to challenge yourself and take the necessary steps to greater growth.

Awareness - Action - Reflection

Coaching is a safe, respectful partnering. It is a continuous process of gaining awareness, focusing first on your strengths and unique attributes, and using these as a springboard to greater success. Coaching requires action, reflecting on results and achieving change.
